cera

cera is the musical project of audiovisual artist Kristýna Popirecinii. Working with field recordings, synthesizers, and her own voice, she builds soundscapes where ambient blends with noise, revealing a sensitive perspective that explores the relationship between outer and inner worlds. The intense sonic experience carries within it a process of coming to terms with grief, perhaps even a path toward letting go of it, alongside a sense of playfulness. Shifting attention becomes a compositional technique here. She is part of the favu label collective, where sound art meets fragments of pop production. In 2025, she released the EP knew it a year before on SoundCloud. In summer 2026, under the favu label, she is releasing her second EP, Tajemství ostrovů, inspired by the work of Czech singer Jana Uriel Kratochvílová, on which she loosely covers her songs and combines them with her own production.
