Alley Catss

Máté Elod Janky aka Alley Catss is a Budapest-based composer and multimedia artist dealing with sound, site-specific installation, digitalia and internet world music. He is founder of Daddypower Records and Balloontooth Gallery. His longest-running music project, Alley Catss, observes and reinterprets archival cultural symbolism and medium-specific motifs, creating an ambient sonic world that leans into textural psychedelia through the illusory traces of dissociated references.
